If you’ve received a letter through the mail that looks similar to the below, make sure you do not pay it!
This is a frequent scam, and we’ve had a number of clients send money thinking that it was somehow related to a real service.
It’s mainly for this reason we encourage clients to transfer their domains into our account (with the client marked as the admin).
1) So that they don’t end up paying a “scam bill” thinking that it’s real.
2) So they don’t end up losing the domain(s) due to an expired card on file etc.
